30-Day Test Drive Guarantee:

Price: No cost to customer

At Omega Pickleball, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day test drive guarantee. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund—no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Limited One Year Warranty (Paddles):

Price: No cost to customer

Our comprehensive warranty on all our pickleball paddles covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues with your product during this time, simply contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as cracks, delamination, or any other issues that affect the performance or structural integrity of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages from the use of our products (wear & tear).

    Extended Two-Year Warranty (Paddles):

    Price: $30

    For added peace of mind, we offer an extended two-year warranty option for only $30 that can be bought within (30) days of the date of purchase. This extended warranty provides comprehensive coverage so you can enjoy a no-questions-asked replacement of your product during the extended warranty period. Don't let unexpected issues disrupt your game – invest in our extended warranty for added protection.

    • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as cracks, delamination, or any other issues that affect the performance or structural integrity of the product. In addition, it covers damage caused by improper use, modifications, and unauthorized repairs along with incidental and consequential damages resulting from the use of our products (wear & tear).

    Here are some important details about our warranty:

    1. Proof of Purchase: To make a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. This helps us verify the date of purchase and ensure that the product is still within the warranty period and you are the original purchaser.  Please note: if you ordered directly from the Omega website, no proof of purchase is required as we have the order details.
    2. Return Process: If your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the return process. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us (except during the 30 Day Test Drive period).
    3. Evaluation and Resolution: Once we receive your returned product, our team will evaluate it to determine if the issue is covered under warranty. Under the standard limited one-year warranty if the defect is confirmed, we will either repair or replace the product (Omega reserve the right to make this determination), depending on the extent of the damage. Under the extended two year warranty, a replacement paddle will be sent.  With both warranties, if a replacement is not available, we will offer a comparable product.
    4. Warranty Paddles:  Please note if you receive a replacement paddle under warranty, the replacement paddle itself is not covered under warranty.

    Limited Three Month Warranty (Apparel and Accessories):

    Price: No cost to customer

    Our commitment to quality extends to our apparel and accessories. We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of three months from the purchase date. Should you encounter any issues during this time, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
